Clean necklines for simple silhouettes, statement prints or contrast trims. Confirm the front depth and strap width as part of your brief.
From our swimwear factory in Dongguan, China, we develop private label one-piece swimsuits to your designs. Define the silhouette, torso fit, bust support and coverage, with a starting MOQ of 50 pieces per style and colour.

Start with the silhouette, then define the neckline, straps and back. The references below show the main directions we develop; each one is adapted to your measurements, coverage and fabric.

Clean necklines for simple silhouettes, statement prints or contrast trims. Confirm the front depth and strap width as part of your brief.

A deeper front neckline with the opening depth defined during development. The edge finish and any sheer panel are agreed on the sample.

Shoulder-framing lines paired with your preferred back design. Strap width and fastening are reviewed with the neckline.

An asymmetric silhouette with options for strap width and shape. The strap line is positioned to suit the coverage you want.

A shoulder-baring design with fit and support reviewed before sampling. Internal structure depends on the neckline and fabric chosen.

Front, side or back openings positioned around your coverage preferences. Each opening is checked against the base pattern.
Reference photography — necklines and trims are indicative of the styles we develop. Final construction and material options are reviewed during development.
A one-piece has to work as a complete garment. We review torso length, bust support and seat coverage together, so the sample fits the body you are designing for.
Share your target size chart. Torso length, bust, waist and hip measurements guide pattern development and sample adjustments.
Tell us your support requirements. Cups, padding, strap and lining options are reviewed against your design and the fabric you choose.
Specify leg-opening height, back depth and seat coverage separately, then check each detail on your sample rather than on a size label alone.

Choose nylon–elastane, polyester–elastane or recycled fabric options in smooth, ribbed or jacquard finishes. Pair the outer fabric with suitable lining for coverage and recovery. Swatches and colour cards are free; courier costs are paid by the customer.
Choose a nylon–elastane blend based on hand feel, stretch, weight and construction. For printed designs we normally use direct digital printing on nylon fabrics.
Specify the composition, weight and colour or print direction.
Polyester–elastane blends suit plain and printed one-pieces. Sublimation is our usual printing route for polyester; approve the fabric, artwork and sample together.
Confirm the fabric and printing route as one specification.
Explore smooth, ribbed and jacquard surfaces alongside recycled material options. Texture and recycled content are separate specifications; confirm each for the fabric you choose.
Review actual composition and available material documentation.
Choose lining with the outer fabric, colour and fit in mind. For light shades, discuss additional coverage and review opacity with the sample.
Agree coverage and appearance checks before approval.
Bring the look together through colour, print placement, custom hardware and branded finishing. Provide artwork, dimensions and placement references so each detail can be developed accurately.
Sublimation for polyester and direct digital printing for nylon are selected with the fabric. We support positioned prints; specify scale, repeat and panel placement when submitting artwork.
Custom metal logos, decorative rings and sliders can be built into your design. Confirm dimensions, finish, placement and attachment on your sample.
Finish the range with your own brand and care labels, hangtags and packaging. Custom labels and metal logos are charged separately during sampling; accessory minimums are confirmed by item.
Our usual size range is XS–2XL, with customer size charts and extended sizing also supported. One-piece fit depends on torso length as much as on bust, waist and hip measurements, so both are reviewed together.
Body measurements and the intended coverage guide pattern making and fit review. Extended sizing needs its own confirmed measurements and sample assessment.
Torso length is measured from the shoulder through the crotch. A longer or shorter torso changes where the waistline and leg opening sit.
Bust, waist, hip and leg-opening positions are reviewed together. Confirm which measurements are fixed by the size and which can still be adjusted for your fit.
Start from 50 pieces per style, per colour, mixing 3–4 sizes. The same minimum applies to reorders; custom fabric or packaging may carry separate minimums.
Complete the garment with your own brand identity. Placement and application methods are reviewed alongside the design, so the finished presentation can be checked during sampling.
Custom labels, metal logos and packaging may have separate minimum quantities and charges.
Woven or printed neck labels and care labels made to your artwork. Composition wording follows the fabric actually used in your order.
Metal logos, rings and sliders can be placed on the strap, side seam or back. Confirm size, finish and attachment on the sample.
Finish the order with hangtags, polybags, tissue or branded boxes. These items are quoted by quantity and supplier lead time.
Send your tech pack, sketches or reference images with the intended fit and order quantities. We confirm fabrics and trims, finalise the sample quote and begin pattern making after full payment. Fit checks and agreed adjustments follow; you review photos or videos before the sample is sent.
Request our product catalogue to discuss styles and development directions for your one-piece range.
Timing depends on style complexity. Sample revisions are charged separately. Confirmation is requested before sample shipment; courier transit is additional.
Counted from receipt of the bulk deposit. Confirm the specifications before bulk production; designs and colours cannot be changed once production starts. Shipping transit is additional.
