Triangle and halter shapes with strap placement, cup coverage and tie details developed to your brief.
From our bikini factory in Dongguan, China, we develop private label bikinis to your designs. Choose the shape, support, fabric and branded details, with flexible top-and-bottom combinations and a starting MOQ of 50 sets per style and colour.

Develop triangle, halter, bandeau, bralette and structured cup styles to your design. Choose the neckline, straps, coverage and support, then pair the top with your preferred bottom.

Vest-style and bandeau silhouettes with neckline, strap and underband details selected for the design.

Underwire and moulded-cup options with cup shape, back fastening and support construction reviewed during development.
The four references below show the main coverage directions. Combine your preferred coverage with the waist height, leg cut and side details that suit your collection.

A narrow back panel for a minimal-coverage silhouette. Confirm the back width, front coverage and side placement in your design reference.

A reduced-coverage back shape developed around your preferred curve and cut. Define the intended outline with a back-view reference.
Reference: back curve and exposed area.

A partial-coverage shape that leaves part of the seat exposed. Adjust the back-panel width and lower edge to the look and fit you want.
Reference: panel width and lower-edge shape.

A fuller back panel for more seat coverage. Confirm the lower edge and leg opening against the intended fit; a high waist alone does not establish full coverage.

Brazilian and cheeky names can overlap between brands. Your references and approved sample establish the final coverage and fit.
Develop the support and finish behind each silhouette. We offer underwire, moulded cups, removable pads and adjustable components, alongside reversible constructions and finishes with minimal visible external stitching.
Select the cup shape, padding and underbust elastic for your design. Cup position and support are reviewed against the agreed measurements and fit reference.
Adjustable straps, back clasps and ties can be developed around your design. Confirm the hardware size, placement and adjustment range with the sample.
For reversible bikinis, confirm both fabric faces, edge construction and label placement. Clean finishes are reviewed for edge stability and appearance during sampling.

Choose nylon–elastane, polyester–elastane or recycled fabric options in smooth, ribbed or jacquard finishes. Pair the outer fabric with suitable lining. Swatches and colour cards are free; courier costs are paid by the customer.
Choose a nylon–elastane blend based on the desired hand feel, stretch, weight and construction. For printed designs, we normally use direct digital printing on nylon fabrics.
Specify the composition, weight and colour or print direction.
Polyester–elastane blends are available for plain and printed bikinis. Sublimation is our usual printing route for polyester; approve the fabric, artwork and sample together.
Confirm the fabric and printing route as one specification.
Explore smooth, ribbed and jacquard fabrics alongside recycled material options. Texture and recycled content are separate specifications; confirm each for the fabric you choose.
Review actual composition and available material documentation.
Choose lining with the outer fabric, colour and fit in mind. For light shades, discuss additional coverage options and review opacity with the sample.
Agree coverage and appearance checks before approval.
Create the appearance of your private label bikini collection through colour, print placement, custom hardware and branded finishing. Provide artwork, dimensions and placement references for accurate development.
Sublimation for polyester and direct digital printing for nylon are selected with the fabric. We support positioned prints; specify scale, repeat and panel placement when submitting artwork.
Custom metal logos, decorative rings and clasps can be incorporated into your design. Confirm dimensions, finish, placement and attachment with your sample.
Complete the collection with your brand labels and packaging. Custom labels and metal logos are charged separately during sampling; accessory and packaging minimums are confirmed by item and supplier.
Our usual size range is XS–2XL, with customer size charts, extended-size and fuller-cup development also supported. Specify the fit for both pieces rather than assuming one size label defines the entire set.
Body measurements, cup references and fit direction guide pattern making and fit review. Extended sizing needs its own confirmed measurements and sample assessment.
A bikini set can pair different top and bottom sizes. Provide the size combinations and quantities in the order breakdown.
Tops and bottoms can be ordered separately, and different styles can be paired. We confirm the quantity allocation and quotation for your chosen configuration.
Start from 50 sets per style, per colour, mixing 3–4 sizes. The same set minimum applies to reorders. Separate-piece and cross-style orders need an agreed breakdown.
Send your tech pack, sketches or reference images with the intended fit and order quantities. We confirm fabrics and accessories, finalise the sample quote and begin pattern making after full payment. Fit checks and agreed adjustments follow; you review photos or videos before the sample is sent.
Request our product catalogue to discuss styles and development directions for your collection.
