Fit & Sizing
from Babies to Teens

Start with your target age group, height range and size chart. Measurements are developed for the product, rather than simply scaling down an adult silhouette.

01

Age & Height Range

Define who the product is for, including your market’s size labels and the body measurements behind them.

02

Product-Specific Measurements

Review torso length for one-pieces, sleeve and body length for rash guards, and waist, rise and length for shorts.

03

Sample Fit & Coverage

Check neckline, armholes, waist and leg openings, along with coverage and ease of dressing, before final approval.

What ages can you develop swimwear for?

We develop children’s swimwear from babies to teens. Share your target age group, height range and size chart so we can review the measurements and construction for your project.

Can you develop both girls’ and boys’ swimwear?

Yes. Product options include one-piece swimsuits, two-piece sets, rash guards, long-sleeve one-pieces and swim shorts. You can also develop coordinated products with shared prints and colors.

Can I use my own size chart?

Yes. Provide your size chart and fit references. Key measurements and sample adjustments are reviewed for the product type and target size range before bulk production.

Do you offer UPF 50+ fabric options?

Yes. UPF 50+ fabric options are available. We can also help source fabrics to suit your design, hand feel, stretch requirements and target price. The selected fabric and garment coverage are confirmed for your project.

What is the MOQ for custom kids’ swimwear?

Our MOQ is 50 pieces per style, per color, with 3–4 sizes mixed. Repeat orders have the same MOQ. For coordinated sets, confirm the item breakdown and quantity basis in your quotation. Custom fabrics, labels and trims may have separate minimums.

How long do sampling and bulk production take?

Sampling typically takes 10–15 days, depending on design and materials. Revisions and delivery require additional time. Bulk production typically takes 25–35 working days from receipt of the deposit, with the sample and order details confirmed before production.

Is the sample fee refunded?

Yes, when a style reaches production volume. The exact terms are on MOQ & lead times.

How are children’s safety requirements handled?

Tell us your destination market before development. We review the requirements that apply to your collection — for example restrictions on cords, small parts and trims — and confirm which test reports and documentation can be provided for the final fabrics and trims before bulk production.
