ZIKOSWIM works with private label brands to develop and produce swimwear in Dongguan, China. Bring your designs or references—we help define the fit, materials and branded details, from the first sample to your bulk order.
Start with a tech pack, reference sample or design idea.
Whether you are developing a first range or adding styles to an existing collection, start with the product requirements: fit, materials, finishing and the quantities you need.
Our role is to turn those requirements into a clear development and production brief, with decisions confirmed before your order moves forward.
Shape the product itself, then carry your identity through its finishing details.
Translate your brief into a sample, with the silhouette, fit and construction reviewed before bulk production.
Discuss fabrics, colours, prints and trims in the context of your design, intended use and order quantity.

Developing a coordinated range? Include your product mix, colour palette and planned quantities in one collection brief.
The right development route depends on what you already have and what still needs to be resolved.
A clear sample gives your collection a practical starting point. Use development to review the design, assess the fit and agree the details of your order.
The fabric influences stretch, coverage, support and the way a swimsuit feels on the body. Share your intended use and preferred hand feel so material options can be discussed with your design.
Consider the outer fabric and lining together, alongside your print, colour and trim requirements.
Discuss materials for your styles
Visual mood study only. Confirm actual fabric, colour and availability using physical swatches.
Use the approved sample and agreed specifications as the reference for your order. Discuss inspection scope and any testing needs before production.
Define the size chart, measurement points and acceptable tolerances for your styles.
Confirm fabric, lining, seams, elastics and hardware against the approved product details.
Agree label content, placement, assortment and packing instructions before shipment.
Our process connects development, order confirmation and production. Explore the production page for a closer look at how a bulk swimwear order is prepared and managed.
Share styles, quantities, design references and target dates. Clarify the development scope and quote requirements.
Develop and review the sample. Confirm fit, materials, revisions and the details needed for approval.

Review the agreed checks, labels and packing. Confirm shipment arrangements for your destination.
Planning a launch? Allow time for sampling, revisions, material sourcing and freight.
The practical details buyers need when planning a custom swimwear order.
The starting MOQ shown here is 50 pieces per style and colour. Actual minimums depend on the design, fabric, print and trims. Share your size breakdown and quantities so the applicable MOQ can be confirmed.
A tech pack is helpful, but you can also start a discussion with a reference sample, design sketch or images. Tell us what is already defined and what needs development so we can clarify the next steps.
Brand labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging can be discussed with your order. Provide your artwork, placement preferences and destination-market requirements. Availability and minimums should be confirmed for each item.
Indicative lead times are 10–15 days for sampling after details and materials are confirmed, and 25–35 days for bulk production after approvals and deposit. Complexity, revisions and material availability can affect the schedule; confirm your project dates before ordering.
Share your product type, design references, quantity per style and colour, size range, material preferences, branding needs and shipping destination. Include your planned launch date if you have one.
List the performance, documentation and destination-market requirements in your brief. Confirm the relevant materials, test scope, available documents, costs and lead times before placing an order. Do not assume a fabric claim applies to the finished garment.
Tell us what you are developing, where you are in the process and what you need help with.
