What private label means here

A product that belongs
in your brand.

Your label is the final signature. The product underneath it should also reflect your customers, your design direction and the way you want your collection to fit.

Our private label swimwear service brings product development and branded finishing into one project brief. Define what you want to customise, review the sample and confirm the details before placing your bulk order.

We focus on developing your collection requirements. If you want to adapt an existing style, share the reference so availability and the scope of changes can be assessed.

The customisation scope

Make the choices
that define your range.

Start with the elements that matter most to your product. Confirm feasible options, minimums and costs before development begins.

01 / SHAPE

Styles & silhouettes

Define your neckline, coverage, cut and strap arrangement around the design you want to develop.

Brief: design references and the details to keep or change.

02 / FIT

Sizes & construction

Discuss your size range, measurements, support requirements and lining with the intended fit in mind.

Brief: size chart, target fit and construction references.

03 / FABRIC

Materials & texture

Review fabric and lining choices in relation to stretch, hand feel, coverage and product use.

Brief: composition, texture, weight or a physical swatch.

04 / COLOUR

Colours & prints

Build a coordinated colour direction or discuss print artwork for your collection.

Brief: colour references, print files, scale and placement.

05 / TRIMS

Straps & hardware

Consider adjusters, rings, clasps and other details alongside function, appearance and sourcing requirements.

Brief: reference images, finish, size and placement.

06 / IDENTITY

Labels & packaging

Specify brand labels, care labels, hangtags and individual packing as part of your order.

Brief: artwork, label content and packing instructions.

Custom fabrics, colours, prints, hardware and branded packaging may have separate supplier minimums. A garment MOQ does not automatically apply to every custom component.

Build a coherent product range

One brand direction.
Multiple ways to wear it.

Plan your core styles first, then discuss complementary pieces and shared colour or print requirements.

Brand identity, carried through

Recognisably yours.
Down to the details.

Consider how your brand appears on the garment and how the product is presented when it reaches your customer.

Two starting points

Start with what
you already have.

You do not need every detail resolved to begin a conversation. Be clear about the decisions already made and the support you need.

Confirm the product first

Your sample.
Your reference point.

Use the sample to review the garment as a whole: fit, fabric, coverage, construction and the details that will carry your brand.

Consolidate feedback into a clear revision list. Confirm the approved sample and product specifications before committing the collection to bulk production.

Private label FAQs

The details
buyers ask about.

Practical questions about building and ordering a collection under your own brand.

What is private label swimwear?

Private label swimwear is sold under the buyer’s own brand. The product may be developed to a custom brief or adapted from an agreed starting style. For ZIKOSWIM projects, define the product changes, branding details and development responsibilities before sampling.

Can I customise the product as well as the logo?

Discuss style, fit, size range, fabric, colours, prints, trims and branded finishing in your brief. The feasible scope depends on the design, sourcing requirements and quantities. Confirm the available options and costs for your project.

Do you offer ready-made swimwear with my label?

This page focuses on developing a collection around your requirements. If you prefer to use an existing style, share the reference or ask which options are available. Available styles, quantities and lead times are confirmed individually for each project.

What is the minimum order for a private label collection?

The starting garment MOQ is 50 pieces per style and colour, subject to design and material requirements. Prints, custom fabrics, hardware, labels and packaging may have their own minimums. Confirm all applicable minimums before finalising your collection.

Can I start without a tech pack?

You can begin with reference images, a sketch or a sample. Explain the fit, materials and changes you want. The development scope and any additional information needed should be agreed before a sample is made.

What should I provide for labels and packaging?

Prepare logo artwork, dimensions, placement instructions, label wording and packaging references. Include any requirements for your destination market. Confirm artwork approval, availability, minimums and costs before production.

Can several colours or styles be combined to meet the MOQ?

Minimums are assessed by style, colour and material requirements. Share your full order breakdown so we can confirm whether any quantities can be combined and identify separate component minimums.

How long does a private label order take?

The full schedule depends on design readiness, material sourcing, sample revisions, branded components and production capacity. Share your target date early and request a confirmed schedule that includes development, approvals, bulk production and freight.

How are design files and custom artwork handled?

Clarify confidentiality, permitted use of references, artwork ownership and any exclusivity requirements before sharing sensitive files or ordering. Put agreed terms in writing; exclusivity should not be assumed from a private label order alone.
